Cem Kaplan
Who studied Economics for four years and formerly served as a Head of Accounts, transitioned into creative media in 2015 by establishing FAB UK Magazine. This shift built upon his studies in Multimedia, Design, and Animation at Capital City College Angel Centre (formerly City and Islington College). A professional fashion photographer and Editor-in-Chief, he has produced one feature film and eight short films. In 2023, he founded FABUK Academy, where he currently leads team assembly and project development to drive the organization to its next stage.
TOM-GØRAN SKOG
Also known as (Dr Andy Tom ) : A scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur, committed to advancing industrial frontiers and human progress through technical rigor, innovation, and strategic leadership. My contribution to the FABUK Academy project is rooted in scientific excellence, practical invention, and real-world experience, helping young people master complex systems and turn theoretical concepts into tangible impact. Having transitioned from pioneering research in my private R&D lab, Scistron, to the commercialisation of spinout ventures and successful exits, I understand the power of philosophy, creative engineering, and entrepreneurship as tools for industrial transformation. Through this project, I aim to support the next generation in developing technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and purpose, bridging the gap between laboratory discovery and the demands of business.
Khalid Dahbi
A chef, entrepreneur, and cultural storyteller, committed to creating opportunities through creativity, discipline, and community. My contribution to the FABUK Academy project is rooted in mentorship, vision, and real-world experience,helping young people see beyond limitations and step into their potential. Having built platforms across hospitality, media, and cultural initiatives, I understand the power of storytelling as a tool for transformation. Through this project, I aim to support the next generation in developing confidence, skills, and purpose, bridging cultures and opening doors to creative industries both locally and internationally.
ELLA Pachwicewicz
Ella has worked with FabUK Media since 2016 as a Coordinator, contributing to key decisions and organising events, and since 2023 has also coordinated filming under FabUK Productions.
At FabUK Film Academy, she works with the group leader and director to assemble crews and ensure smooth filming days.
Active in the film industry since 2018, her experience with FabUK Magazine and Moving Image Tottenham projects makes her a reliable contributor. She also studied 3D Design and has a background in Dance and Performing Arts adding a strong creative edge to her work.
Dickon Tolson
I have been a professional actor since 1982, and have thirty years’ experience directing, producing and writing plays and films. I was mentored by Anna Scher and now run the Anna Scher Theatre, which includes teaching Juniors, secondary and adult classes. Since 1968 the AST has been working to improve conflict resolution skills, communication skills and confidence in young people. Through improvisation and devising plays & films I seek to help people young and old to express themselves through drama. I feel I can contribute greatly to help young people in Tottenham where I myself reside by helping to facilitate their story telling & acting abilities, improving their confidence and widening their creative skill set.
KITTY NOOFAH
KITTY NOOFAH is an award-winning professional makeup artist with a multidisciplinary background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management in London.
She has been the Beauty Editor and Makeup Artist for FABUK Magazine since 2016, contributing to editorial projects and creative direction.
Through her work with the FABUK Academy, Kitty is passionate about mentoring young people in makeup artistry, hair styling, and special effects, while also sharing practical knowledge of social media for business. She is dedicated to helping the next generation build confidence, develop skills, and express their individuality.
